Start with the rigid sections and work from the stove to the wall.
The minimum clearance may be reduced by 50 percent to 225 mm 9 in if suitable shielding is installed either on the pipe or on the combustible surface.
If you live in an area where frost occurs add an insulated duct sleeve to the portion of pipe in the attic.
Some manufacturers include a pipe kit with the stove.
After trimming your pipe use black furnace cement to seal between each piece and three sheet metal screws at each joint.
Wood stoves can get very very hot during use.
A flue pipe must never pass through a combustible floor or ceiling or through an attic roof space closet or concealed space.
Insert the universal pipe adapter on the male end of the insulated chimney pipe.
Alternatively the kits are available online or at a wood burning stove accessory store.
Screw the ductwork together with 1 4 in.
Installation of the stove pipe is the same as for vertical installation.
Cut the hole for the duct attach it then install the roof cap.
With the provided screws attach the adapter to the pipe.
